Slippery People

If you don't want to spend time with me, just say so. I'd take that a lot better than wondering whether you're being honest or not. Based on how well I know you I'd say you're being honest, because you're an honest person, and I'm kind of disappointed in myself for not trusting you about that. I'm not really sure how I feel about you anymore, though; I don't think you can be there for me like I need you to. I don't think you know how much you encourage me though, either.

Also, thanks for staying up to talk to me to help make me feel better, Elizabeth. You're the only person that I can really open up to about certain things. Thanks for always being there, you're my best friend! And you're right, I am too self-critical.
